终于结束了将近3个月的运动休眠期，再次开始有规律的健身计划，标记一下。刚参加完有氧搏击，课前教练说第一次练的同学悠着点，一会可能胳膊都抬不起来，我想45分钟课程怎么可能胳膊都抬不起来呢？….45分钟过去….何止胳膊抬不起来.我累得只想吐啊，而边上一群女孩还在嬉笑中继续运动准备后几天的比赛….太缺乏运动了，一定要坚持下去！！！

之前由于航班问题到东京留宿过一晚，但基本和没去过一样，4月初的日本之行算是将东京这个城市玩了一整遍。虽然消费较高但总体而言东京应该是我们旅游去过满意度最高的城市！详情请看整理游记：）

收拾屋子翻出不知道什么时候拿到的一张西门子XELIBRI的明信片（应该是大学时期，后来看到XELIBRI2002年发布），突然唤起了当时对这个系列手机无限的崇敬：独特的市场定位，与众不同的卖点，还有当时非常Cool的电视广告…但是当时的手机市场没能接受这个现在看来都标新立异的定位。衷心期待哪天此品牌的复活。像当时的西门子致敬～

面对周围朋友逐渐升级全副的攻势，考虑再三，对比再三，还是觉得现在没有必要。

D200还是非常贴心，17-55/2.8也几乎没有离开过机身。前天入手2年来第一个新镜头Sigma 50/1.4 ，对于我这个几乎没有用过别的镜头的人来说感觉焕然一新啊～

纽约时报的在线版本阅读器，06年就已经有第一个版本了。News in Pictures功能很符合网络阅读特性，而连字游戏又是（西方）传统报纸体验中的一部分，即时随窗口大小排布板式的特性也相当有意思，如下图

正在陆续的收拾屋子过程中，花了半个小时把书柜中24个格子中的1个收拾完了，从当时看过的电影到学校作业以及素材库文件再到老婆的连续剧…统统清理干净了，记得当时还都是买得三菱的蓝面最好的刻录碟，99%一次都没看过。当把沉甸甸的一大堆塑料片扔到垃圾桶的时候突然感到科技发展速度。

昨晚已成功回到北京，又是一次曲折而丰富的旅游经历，稍后会更新照片出来，另外之前的旅游照片我也会陆续回复出来。
